Terms & Conditions

1 x ½ day (4hrs) complimentary consultation per annual subscription, per business.

Subscriptions to package 2 & 3 include 1 full days consultation (8hrs) per annual subscription, per business.

Timelines for consultations are by appointment, with follow up consultations diarised within annual contract period as required.

Additional consultations paid in advance of appointment.

Seminars are based on 10am – 3pm timescales (may vary) & include lunch.

1 delegate per seminar per subscription.

Additional delegates may attend subject to advance fee payment & availability.

Telephone Helpline from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday & Saturday 9am – 12.00 noon.

Excludes bank holidays.

Cleared subscriptions & payments required in advance of any bookings.

Late or missed payments will invalidate any diarised future commitments.

Recommend a friend is discretionary & InnProfit reserve the right of approval.
